Some personal information is gathered when you register. Depending on your account type, eChildStudy may ask for your name, e-mail address, and phone number . We may also ask you to choose a username and password. In addition to the information we collect when you register, we may ask you for personal information at other times, such as when you contact our technical support team. Furthermore, when you send e-mail, user surveys, or other communication to eChildStudy, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services.

As a User uses the eChildStudy.com curriculum, the site collects information about the User's performance. We use this information to better improve the User's experience, as well as in aggregate to improve our product. We will never, to any third party, disclose this information in a manner in which it can be linked or associated with the User's identity. Only authorized employees of eChildStudy.com and its affiliates, the student User, and the authorized User that created the student's account can view both the identity and performance of the student User.
